I was so busy compiling interesting resources this month that I didn&#039;t get around to other sites, as much as I would have liked, to say how much value your collective posts were to me. In your &quot;There Is No Social Media Kit&quot; post, I especially noted the question (under Auditing and Readiness Assessment) where you ask how well do organizations communicate internally, cross departmentally, etc. You ask, &quot;Do we need to improve this first?&quot; That&#039;s such an important question. It&#039;s probably very difficult to participate in social media, unless open communication and collaboration are part of a company&#039;s internal culture. I haven&#039;t heard many others address that point. Thanks again for the great post and for stopping by. --Peg</description>
